Missoula Man Charged With Trying To Kill His Twin Brother
A Missoula man has been charged with trying to kill his twin brother. 40 year-old Alberto Guillen was charged Monday afternoon with attempted deliberate homicide and leaving the scene of an injury accident after allegedly running down his twin brother Roberto with a van on Saturday morning. Missoula Police Detective Sergeant Bob Bouchee says the two men fought outside their home..and when Roberto rode away on his bicycle, Alberto allegedly followed with his van and ran him down. My interview with Detective Bouchee is attached.
Alberto Guillen appeared in Missoula Justice Court Monday afternoon. Bond was set at $250,000. While Alberto Guillen is in the Missoula County Jail, his brother is in St. Patrick Hospital listed in serious condition.
