A Missoula man, 72 year-old Allen Robert Buscaglia was arrested on Monday after allegedly propositioning two teenage males at a local fast food restaurant.

Deputy Missoula County Attorney Jennifer Clark detailed the charges in Missoula Justice Court.

"Allen Buscaglia had approached two 16 year-old males at the Taco Bell on North Reserve and offered each of them money in exchange for oral sex," Clark said. "One of the boys phoned 9-1-1 and police apprehended Buscaglia. He admitted to the officers that he was offering money in exchange for sexual conduct. He was charged with two counts of prostitution involving children, and the penalty for each of those charges is up to 100 years in prison."

Clark said Judge Karen Orzech set bail for Buscaglia at $100,000 and he is allowed no contact with minors. His next court appearance will be May 18 at 4:00 p.m.
