Meet Missoula’s New City Fire Chief [AUDIO]

At Monday night’s Missoula City Council meeting, the vote is expected to confirm Assistant Chief Jason Diehl as the new Chief of the Missoula City Fire Department. The current Chief, Mike Painter, is retiring at the end of the year. I spoke with Diehl on Monday afternoon about his new position..that interview is attached.
With 94 members, the Missoula Fire Department is the second largest in the state, behind only Billings.
