Missoula police arrested two men on Felony DUI charges early last Friday morning, Missoula Police Public Information Officer Travis Welsh explains.

"There were two DUI arrests made right around the same time, at about 1:45, with the first one taking place in the 2500 block of Brooks street," Welsh said. "An officer observed a vehicle that failed to signal at a turn. The officer subsequently learned that the driver had a suspended or revoked drivers license. He was identified as 36-year-old Kaleb Hatfield."

The second incident was across town in the 2800 block of Latimer Street.

"The officer recognized a male who was also driving with a suspended or revoked drivers license," Welsh said. "Interestingly enough, when the officer first made the stop, he observed the male driver get out of the car and remove an alcohol container from a coat pocket. He later observed several of these alcohol containers inside the vehicle that the man was driving. He is identified as 50-year-old Brock Evans."

Evans faces a misdemeanor charge for having open alcohol containers in the car. Both men are facing Felony DUI charges because they have been convicted of DUI at least three times before.
