Today marks the last day for candidates to file to be on the ballot for State level positions in Montana. According to the Montana State Constitution, candidates for governor must announce their lieutenant governor before they officially file.  Republican Gubernatorial candidate Jim Lynch announced his lieutenant governor and signed the final papers just hours before books were closed. KGVO news talked with Lynch about his lieutenant governor choice and his goals in the campaign.
