The University of Montana basketball program has added two outstanding players to its program with the signing of Andy Martin and Jake Wiley, announced Griz head coach Wayne Tinkle today, the second day that players can sign National Letters of Intent.

Martin is a 7-foot, 225-pound center from Casper, Wyoming.  He was a defensive specialist at Natrona County High School in Casper last season, where he averaged 9 points, 6 rebounds, and 2.3 blocked shots per game as a senior.  He had verbally committed to Montana in October of 2011.

Wiley is a 6-7, 190-pound forward from Newport High School (Washington).  He is originally from Long Beach, Calif., and started his high school career at Mayfair High School in Lakewood, Calif.

Wiley, who just turned 17, was co-MVP of his league last season as a junior, when he averaged 20.2 points, 10.9 rebounds, and 3.0 blocks per game, and shot 50 percent from the field.
