Once again, Week 4 of the NFL season brought about a great opportunity for some former Montana Grizzlies to shine.

We'll start in San Diego, where all 16 of the Miami Dolphins' points were scored by UM alumni. Dan Carpenter booted field goals of 41, 37 and 51 yards, while Lex Hilliard found the end zone on a 1-yard run. It wasn't enough though as the Dolphins fell 26-16 to the Chargers.

Hilliard finished with 20 yards on 6 carries, 18 yards on one reception, and a special teams assist. Safety Jimmy Wilson recorded 1 tackle, 1 assist and 1 pass defensed.

In Seattle, the Atlanta Falcons held off a late Seahawks rally to win 30-28. Kroy Biermann recorded 1 assist and 2 quarterback hits defensively. Biermann and safety Shann Schillinger each had 1 special teams tackle, also.

The Philadelphia Eagles suffered a meltdown of epic proportions against the San Francisco 49ers, blowing a 20-3 lead, and losing 24-23. Safety Colt Anderson finished with 2 special teams tackles in that contest.

Finally, the Tennessee Titans improved to 3-1 on the year with a 31-13 triumph over the Cleveland Browns. Marc Mariani finished with 2 kickoff returns for 48 yards, and 2 punt returns for 17 yards.
