GOP Lt. Governor Debate Thursday Night [AUDIO]

Young Republicans at the University of Montana are hosted a debate Thursday night featuring all but one of the Republican candidates for Lt. Governor.

One candidate, Ryan Zinke, appeared on-line via Skype. Bill Gallagher, running with Ken Miller, responded to a question from ath audience asking how the Miller-Gallagher administration would respond if Obama Care was found to be constitutional by the U. S. Supreme Court. Gallagher's response is below.
