Foley; Date Rape Investigation Will Go Wherever It Leads [AUDIO]

On Sunday, December 11^th, I contacted University of Montana Vice President Jim Foley regarding allegations of sexual assault involving date rape involving UM students. After a brief conversation this morning before leaving for the Grizzly Football game in Texas..I spoke with Foley again this afternoon about the allegations and the investigation that is underway. That interview is attached.

Foley wanted to make it clear that by bringing in an outside person to investigate the allegations of date rape and sexual assault..the University Administration was demonstrating it’s seriousness in allowing the investigation to go wherever it leads…and in a timely manner, that those responsible be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.
