Fatal Fire Cause ‘Accidental, But Undetermined’ [AUDIO]

The house fire on 7th Street Thursday that claimed the life of 11 year-old Dominick Sharpe has been ruled 'accidental but undetermined' by investigators from Missoula Rural Fire and the Missoula County Sheriff's Department. I spoke with Missoula Rural Fire Deputy Chief Fire Marshall Chris Newman on Friday afternoon. That interview is attached.

Newman encourages families to put together and practice an escape plan in case of fire. He says Missoula Rural Fire has smoke detectors to give away for anyone who needs them.
