Leaders in the U.S. House of Representatives agreed Thursday afternoon to approve a two-month extension of the Payroll Tax Reduction Plan recently passed by the Senate. Montana Senator Jon Tester says the bill also helps speed up the process of the Keystone XL Pipeline.

Congressman Denny Rehberg says he voted for a full year extension of the payroll tax reduction. The House is expected to vote on the agreement today by a procedure called "unanimous consent".
