Exit Strategy In Iraq

 The war in Iraq is winding down with a reported 10 to 12 insurgent attacks per day, when 2 years ago that number stood at 100. Senator Jon Tester says he is proud of our professional fighting men and women.

Tester says he is hopeful the Iraqi people will take advantage of the opportunity to become a peaceful and prosperous nation.
