Discussions are taking place in communities across the State about how to attract business to Montana.  Those discussions often begin on the point of workers compensation.  The Legislature and the Governor’s Office appear to be addressing that problem. Other issues preventing economic growth are regulatory in nature. Gubernatorial candidate Rick Hill says tort reform on liability issues is necessary in Montana.

Hill says lawsuits should not be obstructionist in nature.

Hill is one of 5 candidates running in the republican primary for the governors’ office.
