Child Put at Risk Due to Loaded Gun [AUDIO]

21 year-old Zachary Bass Sutton was arrested Tuesday night and charged with felony criminal endangerment for allegedly putting a three year old child at risk when he left the toddler alone in an apartment on Cooper Street with a pan on the stove covered with paper that was about to catch fire, and a loaded pistol on a countertop, both within the child's reach.

Sutton appeared in Missoula Justice Court on Wednesday afternoon, and was placed in the Missoula County Jail on $100,000 bond. Deputy Missoula County Attorney Shaun Donovan's comments about the arrest and the charges against Sutton can be heard by clicking below.
