HELENA, Mont. (AP) — The Montana Highway Patrol says a 22-year-old Bozeman man died when his truck veered of Interstate 90 near Pipestone and crashed into an embankment and caught fire.

Police say Ethan Strauser was trapped inside and died at the scene on Friday.

Trooper Gail Keith tells the Independent Record that Strauser was westbound in a Chevy truck when the truck entered the median and vaulted over an embankment.

Police say he was wearing his seat belt and that alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the crash.
