Affordable Health Care And The Constitution
A Federal District Judge in Florida sided with 26 states that the Affordable Health Care Act of 2010 is unconstitutional. Senior Fellow of the Independence Institute, Rob Natelson says there are many reasons the Montana Attorney General should join in the suit.
