Zoning for the most part hasn’t changed since the 1970’s in Missoula County, so Community and Planning staff is asking for public input on proposed updates that will affect affordable housing, agriculture, water quality and wildlife.

Last Friday on the City Talk edition of KGVO’s Talk Back show, a caller asked City of Missoula Communications Director Ginny Merriam about some property out at Fort Missoula that had been sold to a private party.

The topic of accessory dwelling units or ADUs will be front and center in Missoula on February 5, when Development Services discusses the issue with the public.
