Missoula Police Officer Bob Campbell announced recently that he is running for the Missoula City Council in Ward 5 against the incumbent Stacie Anderson.

For those that pay attention to Missoula city politics there’s an interesting feature about the upcoming election season… an absolute dearth of incumbents for city council.
