Trespassing

Someone called Missoula Police and reported that a woman was trespassing in the 4000 block of Highway 93 south.

Police went out to a Missoula casino around 7:00 a.m. on Saturday after an employee called in to notify authorities about some trespassers who refused to leave the parking lot.

34 year-old Earl Perrine appeared in Missoula Justice Court on two counts of felony assault with a weapon, after allegedly trespassing on Deschamps Lane just off Highway 10 east of Missoula, and when confronted by a father and son, stabbed both with a knife during a struggle.
