Stopping Bad Robocalls Act

The Telephone Robocall Abuse Criminal Enforcement and Deterrence Act, or Pallone-Thune TRACED Act, aims to prevent illegal robocalls and tightens enforcement on existing telecommunication laws.

Last year alone, Americans received over 48 billion robocalls.
