Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments for and against the Dobbs vs the Jackson Women’s Health Organization after the state of Mississippi had passed a law banning abortion after the 15th week of pregnancy.

The U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on Wednesday concerning the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, a challenge to Mississippi’s 15 week abortion ban which is an historic challenge to Roe v. Wade.

When U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy announced his retirement from the bench, it caused a firestorm of protest from the left and celebration on the right.

The anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court's 1973 Row v Wade decision is January 22, and the pro-life organization Concerned Women of America will be hosting an event in the Capitol rotunda in Helena on Friday, January 23.
