Rape in a College Town

The U.S. Supreme Court has denied author Jon Krakauer access to student records he had sought for over a decade that he wanted to support his book ‘Missoula: Rape and the Justice System in a College Town.’

The victims of a double homicide in Missoula have been identified, and the shooter is in critical condition at St. Patrick Hospital.

Missoula police report two people shot to death in a home on Brooks Street, with a third seriously wounded. An unofficial source says the third person has also died from his injuries.
