I always suggest looking at adopting a pet from a shelter or Humane Society before paying hundreds of dollars.

A group of puppies and their mom were rescued from a foreclosed home in Ronan about a week ago. Now they're in Missoula at a foster home set up through the Humane society of Western Montana.

Ten puppies that were thrown away and left to die in a dumpster were reunited last week, a little over a year after they were found.
