Tyson Foods has donated a truckload of chicken to the Montana Food Bank Network. The 30,000 pounds of chicken will arrive in Missoula November 22 and distribution will cover the state.

The employees at Blackfoot Telecommunications Group had a food drive challenge to raise food for the Montana Food Bank Network. They were able to raise over 2, 500 pounds of food during the month of October.

As Montanans struggle economically, the Montana Food Bank Network has seen an increase for their services. One  of the signature events for the organization to raise money, awareness and food products is the 3rd  annual Canstruction event  at Missoula’s Southgate Mall.
