Members of a missing woman's family spoke to reporters after the court appearance of Michael Defrance on Monday, stating that they believed he was responsible for the disappearance of Jermaine Charlo.

28 year-old Michael Defrance appeared in U.S. District Court on Monday before Judge Kathleen DeSoto on a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm.
