A plea on Monday made directly to Missoula Justice of the Peace Landee Holloway by the alleged victim of strangulation and unlawful restraint, allowed 23 year-old Mitchell Obermayer to be placed directly in the custody of pretrial supervision

Missoula Police were called to the Poverello Center on Sunday for a report of a man fighting with staff members of the center.
