On Thursday, The United States Supreme Court agreed to hear Espinosa v Montana Department of revenue, what is commonly known as the school choice case.
The U.S. Supreme Court will consider hearing the Montana School Choice case on Thursday, June 20, according to the Institute for Justice in Arlington, Virginia.
Attorney Dick Komer from the Institute for Justice is currently representing three Montana mothers from Kalispell, who are fighting against a Montana Department of Revenue decision not to allow religious schools to be covered by the state’s recently passed School Choice Program.
