Fire Update

Governor Gianforte, Senator Steve Daines and a host of wildland firefighters and other officials provided an update on fires throughout the state at the DNRC Helipad on Wednesday.

An unidentified man shot and killed himself in Missoula late Tuesday night, He was a suspect in a homicide in Jefferson County.

The Reynolds Creek Fire has grown to over 4,000 acres, nearly seven square miles, currently burning inside the borders of Glacier National Park.
