Fire Restrictions

Fire managers across western and northwestern Montana have lifted Stage Two fire restrictions, according to Education and Program Manager Dillon Tabish with Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks.

No campfires!

The Missoula County Fire protections Association has elevated the fire danger in Missoula County as extreme.

Ravalli County and Bitterroot Forest limiting campfires.

A wildfire burning in the central part of Yellowstone National Park has grown and is putting up more smoke.
