Thursday at about 5:00 p.m. Missoula County Sheriff's deputies pulled over a vehicle driven by Angie Ann Dobson, 38, and charged with her fourth count of driving under the influence, as well as a new statute recently passed by the 2013 legislature, criminal child endangerment.
