Two groups, the American Promise Advisory Council and Stand With Montanans are urging the new congressional candidates to be chosen this week to support a 28th amendment to the constitution that would effectively undo the Citizens United Supreme Court decision.

Following the U.S. District Court decision on Tuesday that struck down Montana's 1994 campaign contribution limits as being unconstitutional, the Commissioner of Political Practices re-instituted the limits that were in place pre-1994.
