6:55 AM ET:  The AP is reporting that the suspects are from Chechnya, and have lived in the US for at least one year. The surviving Boston bomb suspect has been identified as Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, of Cambridge, Ma. NBC News is reporting that both suspects are brothers. Special Agent Rick DesLauriers of the FBI, who is leading the investigation of the Boston Marathon bombings, just held a press conference in which he revealed that there are two suspects. The FBI released photographs and video of two men believed to be responsible for the attacks.

UPDATE 2:20 p.m., April 17: The staff, but only the staff, has been allowed to go back inside the courthouse. Amidst speculations of an arrest of a suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing, the Federal Courthouse in south Boston has been evacuated due to a bomb threat.
