The Montana Board of Regents, the appointed body that provides governance and administration of the Montana University System, voted unanimously on Wednesday to seek judicial review over HB 102 that allows students to carry firearms on campus.
For many years, tuition at Montana University System schools was frozen, which led to an increase in enrollment throughout the system, and thanks to Governor Bullock’s executive budget, tuition will be frozen again for the next two years.
The Montana Board of Regents will hold their next meeting in Missoula on the University of Montana Campus this Thursday and Friday, November 15 and 16.
