A new House Bill in Montana would require landlords to provide application fee refunds if you do not sign a lease.

Governor Greg Gianforte is asking Congress for help with the housing shortage in Montana, utilizing leftover COVID Emergency Rental Assistance funds.

Missoula County Commissioners held a Microsoft Teams meeting on Monday afternoon to hear a proposal that would close the popular Larchmont Golf Course and relocate the facility on land off Highway 93 South in order to make way for much needing housing on the Larchmont site.

Zoning for the most part hasn’t changed since the 1970’s in Missoula County, so Community and Planning staff is asking for public input on proposed updates that will affect affordable housing, agriculture, water quality and wildlife.
