Beautiful Montana Home Featured on Hit MTV Show is on the Market
During the height of the pandemic, when everyone was still spending most of their time working from home, a camera crew filmed a hit MTV reality show in our own backyard. They did a fantastic job of keeping it under wraps. I only discovered it was being filmed when my future mother-in-law mentioned something about a shirtless guy running around her neighborhood with a camera crew.
So what is the MTV show about?
According to Wikipedia:
"Floribama Shore (officially known as MTV Floribama Shore) is an American reality television series that premiered on MTV from November 27, 2017 in the United States. It is a successor to Jersey Shore. They are filmed partying, working, living in a new environment, and bonding."
Why did they end up in western Montana?
Well, the producers felt that just letting the cast party in public was risky during the pandemic. So, they sent them to a location where they could hang out in a house, practice social distancing, and also be surrounded by a camera-friendly landscape. Montana is one of the best in the country when it comes to social distancing. So MTV chose Lolo as their destination.
The house that was chosen for season 4 of "Floribama Shore" is called the Fly Fisherman's Lodge in Lolo, MT. Which just so happens to be FOR SALE!
The house offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 5,026 square feet of living space, and sits on just a little over an acre of riverfront property.
Which will only set you back a smooth $2.9 million dollars.
