At around 4:30 on Sunday morning, Missoula Police officers responded to the report of a burglary alarm. Police Public Information Officer Travis Welsh says the alarm went off at Ogren Park at Allegiance Field.

“When they arrived, they noted that the exterior fence appeared to be secure,” Welsh said. “However, they did see that a press box door was open. The officers scaled the fence and began conducting a search. As they were walking along the concourse above the field, they observed two males walking towards them.”

According to Welsh, the officers ordered the men to stop and made contact with them.

“They were able to determine that the males entered the facility unlawfully,” Welsh said. “They found items in their possession that had been taken out of the press box. The two men were subsequently arrested for burglary. They are identified as 31-year-old Joseph Dubois and 22-year-old Bridger Dauenhauer.”

Both men were charged with felony burglary, but Dubois received additional misdemeanor charges for possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
