There are two early COVID-casualty Missoula events that still stick out in my mind from March of 2020.

One would be the Saturday championship games for the State Class C Boys and Girls basketball tournaments, at the Adams Center on the University of Montana campus. On that unlucky evening of Friday the 13th of March, as the public address announcer, I had to be the bad guy and inform all those fans that there would be no games played on Saturday, that the semifinal game winners would be declared co-champions not decided on the court. Fortunately no one shot the messenger.

A couple weeks later, the annual Missoula Home and Garden Show, also held at the Adams Center, had to be shelved due to the pandemic. Even one year later, it still just wasn't feasible for organizers to put on a show.

So, after what is now a three-year absence, it is our pleasure to invite you to the annual Missoula Home and Garden Show, making its triumphant return to the Adams Center, Saturday and Sunday, April 2 and 3, presented by Creative Marketing. Considering there will be over 120 vendors on hand, it's obvious those folks are ready to get back in the swing of things just like you are.

Get all sorts of fabulous ideas for those things you want, need or maybe didn't even have a clue that you wanted or needed! Products and services to enhance your living space.

You can check out contractors, landscapers, hot tubs, countertops, flooring, air conditioning systems, lawn tractors, home decor and plenty more.

There is no admission charge. All they ask is that you bring a non-perishable food donation, which Creative Marketing will deliver to local children's shelters.

Hours for the Missoula Home and Garden Show are 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturday and 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Sunday.

Even if the weather is real nice, it's worth dropping indoors for awhile and see what's happening!

As with any renovation project, we ran into a few mishaps when we began renovating the 1952 ranch-style home we bought in Missoula, but some of the changes we made were easy and immediately rewarding.
