Missoula's own Sawyer Depee continues his quest for Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship glory. This time, Sawyer Depee is going for a title belt. He's battling for the vacant title of "cruiserweight."

What is the "Cruiserweight?"

Cruiserweight is just shy of heavyweight. Meaning that this fight is going to be a hard-hitting spectacle.

According to Wikipedia

Several boxers moved up to heavyweight after winning world titles at cruiserweight. Evander Holyfield unified the WBA, WBC, and IBF titles to become undisputed champion, the first to do so, and then moved up to the heavyweight division in 1988. In 2006, the second man to become undisputed champion was O’Neil Bell, who was later stripped of the IBF title.

BKFC has announced another big fight this Fall in Denver, CO.

According to montanasports.com

Camozzi is 2-1 in bare knuckle boxing, all in BKFC as well. His most recent fight was a cruiserweight title fight against then-champion Lorenzo Hunt, who defeated Camozzi by split decision.

Depee and Camozzi's title fight will be scheduled for five two-minute rounds.

You can watch some of Depee's previous fights and learn how to stream the upcoming fight LIVE. Check out the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship website for more details and plan on cheering on our local fighter Sawyer on October 25th.

Big Sky Conference Mascots Ranked on How Easily I Could Beat Them in a Fight

I came up with a random thought the other day. "If I were to get in a fight with every mascot in the Big Sky Conference, how many of those fights could I win?" For clarification: I am fighting whatever animal/person the team's nickname is (Grizzlies, Bobcats, etc.) in a one-on-one setting. No outside weapons being used, just a classic mano e mano fight.

What I've learned is I have very little chance at winning most of these fights.
