Yellowstone National Park is getting ready to close up the roads for 2014.

"Our season to the interior of the park ends next Monday morning, November 3," said YNP spokesman Al Nash. "This is going to be the last opportunity for you to drive your own vehicle in to places like Old Faithful and the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone for several months."

The roads may be closed, but the park will be open for winter use soon.

"Part of the reason that we are about to close our interior roads to wheeled vehicles is so that we can make preparations to open for over-snow season beginning December 15," Nash said.

Nash says Yellowstone has been hit with some extreme weather recently: it was sixty degrees in the park on Saturday, but roads had to be closed due to Snow on Sunday.
