September 12, 2011 2:25 PM 39 year-old Kristy Camitsch appeared in Missoula Justice Court Monday afternoon to face charges of felony criminal endangerment, misdemeanor eluding of a peace officer and reckless driving. I spoke with Missoula Deputy County Attorney Jennifer Clark on Monday and she provided details about the incident and the charges filed against Camitsch. That interview is attached..
According to witnesses, a Montana Highway Patrol Trooper was slightly injured in
the incident, but did not require medical attention. Camitsch is being held in the
