We are getting a lot of calls and messages with questions about today's We Are Montana-No Hate gathering. Here are some answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. If you don't see an answer to your question here, please feel free to call me at 523-9821 or email angel@963theblaze.com

What is this?

It's simply a gathering of Montanans from all walks of life who would like to take a 2 hour break from politics and anger to spread some love and appear in a fun group photo.

What's the catch?

There's no catch. The only agenda is peace among Montanans. It's free to the public and all are welcome.

Where/When?

Today, November 14th from 4 - 6 p.m. at Caras Park.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a poster board with what you stand for, your feelings, your message, anything you want to represent. For instance, my daughter's sign simply says "LOVE WINS," mine says "GROHL BLESS MONTANA." So bring your sign, your family, an open mind and lots of hugs.

How big should my sign be?

All sizes are welcome, do what is most comfortable for you.

Can we bring food and drinks?

You can, just be respectful of Caras Park property and don't trash the place up.

Why do we need to label ourselves?

You don't need to. The purpose of the signs is to show that Montana is a very diverse state, and no matter our differing opinions, at the end of the day, we are all Montanans who care about each other.

Isn't this just a protest against protests?

I guess you could see it that way, except we're not protesting anything.

Will there be a march?

No march. Just hanging out, listening to some tunes and taking some photos.

Will there be security on duty?

Although we don't foresee any issues, we will have security present.

Is this some kind of radio stunt?

Nope. All radio & TV stations and media are welcome to join us. This is not an event to promote a specific business or attempt to sell you anything. All we are attempting to promote is kindness.

We will have Jamie Lynn Photography along with several photographers and videographers on hand to capture images of people with different opinions and interests shaking hands, hugging it out and being kind to one another. It's really that simple. Show up, be nice, spread kindness, that's it.
