On Friday, vandals used liters of black motor oil to scrawl obscenities on the side of Crosspoint Community Church on Mullan Road. According to Public Information Officer Jason Johnson, the obscenities were religious in nature and the act is being investigated as a Desecration of a Place of Worship case. So far, investigators have discovered a partial fingerprint and a footprint, but are in need of a suspect. Police are asking the public to submit any information on the case to Crime Stoppers at 721-4444 in Missoula and Mineral Counties or 363-0062 in Ravalli County. KGVO News spoke to Johnson to get all of the details, that information is in the audio box below.
