The School of Extended & Lifelong Learning at the University of Montana, together with Missoula Area Chamber of Commerce and Cascadia Business Development, now offers a program for regional businesses and organizations to learn how to grow their business. Marketing Director for UM School of Extended & Lifelong Learning Beth Burman Frazee says all types of businesses can participate.
“I think it could be anything from a small business to a large corporation,” said Frazee. “It is a facilitation and pure engagement three month intensive program so really the basic problems business owners face are the same whether you’re a large multi-billion dollar company or a small business.”
Frazee says participants can pay monthly or in one flat sum.
“The cost is $299 a month, but the participant value is $4,500 when you go through all of the assessments they get, the accessibility to experts, etcetera," Frazee said.
Program participants will receive business capacity and personal strength assessments; monthly in-person coaching sessions; an industry profile outlining benchmarks, challenges and opportunities; and access to online exclusive interviews with business experts.
