Missoula CPA Patty Lovaas received a letter Friday from theUnited States Supreme Court, informing her that the Court will hear the lawsuit she has filed on behalf of the citizens of Montana over the increase in property taxes levied in 2008. Lovaas says the chance of an individual citizen’s case filed without an attorney being heard by the Supreme Court is less than 5%.

Lovaas says the State of Montana has until early June to reply to the
