According to court documents, 34 year-old Michael Wickwire and 35 year-old Erik Larson allegedly committed the offense of sexual intercourse without consent on a woman identified simply as Jane Doe. Wickwire reportedly took the victim and his daughter to a local liquor store to purchase a bottle of Everclear. When they returned, the woman became highly intoxicated, at which time Wickwire sexually assaulted her.

Following that incident, court documents indicate that Erik Larson then sexually assaulted the woman.

Both men appeared before Judge Karen Orzech via video from the Missoula County jail. Deputy County Attorney Jordan Kilby asked for $100,000 bail for each man, due to the serious nature of the crime, and that both men posed a danger to society. Orzech agreed, and both were placed back in the jail on $100,000 bond.

Their next court appearance will be November 20.
