Two Men Arrested Near Evaro Hill For Marijuana Grow Operation

Two men, 46 year-old Michael Urziceanu and 40 year-old Andrew Allested were arrested by Missoula County Sheriff’s Deputies on Saturday at a property on Evaro Hill and charged with felony criminal production or manufacture of dangerous drugs. Upon arrival, tribal officers led the deputies to a campsite about a hundred yards off the road. Deputies found and seized over 330 marijuana plants, three rifles and ammunition.

Allested appeared before Judge John Odlin on Monday afternoon and was returned to the Missoula County jail on $10,000 bond. Urziceanu will make his first appearance in court Tuesday, His initial bond is $50,000.
