A Rimrock Stage bus overturned headed west on I-90 just after 7 a.m. this morning. Reports from law enforcement say at least two people are dead and as many as 30 more are injured. According to medical reports, the most severely injured were rushed to St. Patrick Hospital's emergency room, while the other passengers were taken to Missoula Community Medical Center on a local school bus. I spoke with Dr. Jorge Reyno, Chief Physician Executive for Providence Medical Group from St. Patrick Hospital about today's incident. That interview is attached.
The Montana State Highway Patrol says there were several accidents in that area, and the portion of I-90 between Missoula and Clinton was closed for a time this morning.
