Townsquare Media Missoula Staff Takes Home Four Montana Broadcasters Association Awards

The staff at Townsquare Media of Missoula is proudly sending members of our staff to the annual Montana Broadcasters Association Awards this weekend. Collectively, our stations were nominated for a total of four awards this year. KGVO’s Peter Christain was nominated for two awards this year one for the Best Newscast Award for his show called Montana Morning and a second for Best News Story for his coverage of sexual assaults on the University of Montana campus.

Angel, the former Brand Manager for The Blaze was nominated for Best Station Promotion for her Foozoola Promotion on 96.3 The Blaze.
Aaron Traylor from 1075 Zoo FM was nominated for the Best Public Service Award for his work with Townsquare Media’s TXTING KILLS Campaign.
UPDATE:
Townsquare Media took home three of the four awards the staff was nominated for over the weekend. Aaron Traylor won the Best Public Service Award and Peter Christian won two awards one for Best News Story and Best Newscast. Congratulations!
