Lawmakers from both parties say something needs to be done to rein in medical marijuana in Montana. 24  bills on the topic have been debated in the House and Senate. Many people believe that medical marijuana usage has grown beyond the scope of what voters intended in 2004. The plan to repeal the state's medical marijuana law was vetoed by the Governor. Time is running short in this Legislative Session to solve the problem. Montana's Attorney General, Steve Bullock says the law has been abused.
