February is here! Even though it is the shortest month of the year, we won't short you on Talk Back. Here's a peek at who we'll have on the show.

On Monday, we will begin with a heavy dollop of open phones. Also, we welcome special guest Kay Hymowitz, from the Manhattan Institute. Kay recently wrote a piece on Obama's call for mandated maternity leave in the United States for Time Magazine. We'll get her take on the proposal and take your calls.

On Tuesday, constitutional scholar and Independence Institute Senior Fellow Rob Natelson will join us for a discussion on the original Constitution, and what it actually said and meant.  Rob has recently written on the excise tax, new rules at the U.S. House of Representatives, and more.

On Wednesday, tax genius and certified CPA Walt Kero will be taking all of your tax questions and dishing out answers. Go grab those bags of receipts and give Walt your toughest questions.

On Thursday, we will have Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services spokesman Mike Fierberg on the air to take your calls.

Finally, on Friday, we will close out the week with a bout of open phones.
